🏠 Humble Reality Transitional Housing Program

Powered by Crisis JK Solutions

Our Mission

Crisis JK Solutions is committed to providing relief, resources, and transitional housing to individuals and families in crisis. Our goal is to stabilize and empower every client through structured, compassionate care.

What Is Transitional Housing?

  • Temporary housing support for up to 12 months
  • Designed to help you regroup, save, and plan for long-term stability
  • Crisis JK may fund up to 50% of housing costs (up to 3 times)

How It Works

  1. Clients must complete full intake & qualify for the waitlist.
  2. All transitions happen between the 1st and 15th of each month.
  3. All housing payments must be completed by month-end.
  4. Client is responsible for at least half the cost.

Dedicated Agent Support

Each approved client will be assigned a Dedicated Agent to:

  • Assist with transition and onboarding
  • Coordinate billing and utility support
  • Answer questions and upload documents through the portal

Need Help with Utilities?

We assist clients using Rhythm Electric. To qualify:

  • Obtain a Pledge Code from Rhythm Electric
  • Be able to pay your 50% share of the bill
  • Assistance is allocated based on number of household members
